Field Sales Specialist

We have been served more than 20M pints of perfect beer and saved more than 250M liters of water via Pubinno Technologies in 5 countries and we will continue to do this until there is not a single poor quality beer in the world.

 As we are developing the world’s first technologies for the beer industry, to accomplish our big goals, we’re looking for a “Field Sales Specialist” to join our game changer journey.

What you will be doing?

  • Should positively and professionally represent the company and brand at all times, with a style which is relaxed but professional, informal yet commercial
  • Educate & motivate all stakeholders On-Premise
  • Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions; empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first
  • Driven toward maximizing the effectiveness of their organization in an effort to drive best-in-class customer experience for users
  • Actively build and maintain networks with all customers and users 
  • Develop a trusted relationship with all stakeholders (such as technical teams, sales reps. etc) at all levels such that all activities are closely aligned with the customer’s business case and business strategy
  • Maximize customer satisfaction

Desired skills and experience

  • Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events, operations, and beverage industry
  • Strong negotiator and results-focused
  • Experience in the F&B sector. Well connected to key figures within bars and pubs is a plus
  • Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach
  • Eager to take a hands-on role in contributing to our firm’s profitability
  • Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
  • Driving licence is a must
