Global Key Account Manager

 As we are developing the world’s first technologies for the beer industry, to accomplish our big goals, we’re looking for a “Global Key Account Manager to join our game-changer journey.

What you will be doing?

  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key partners. 
  • Addressing and resolving key partners’ complaints. 
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key partners and internal teams.
  • Supervising the Customer Success team assigned to partners. 
  • Communicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key partners’ needs are met. 
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for the business team and stakeholders. 
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key partners’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions. 
  • Negotiating contracts with key partners and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each partner’s long-term goals.

Desired skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in key account management. 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software. 
  • The ability to build rapport with key partners. 
  • The ability to handle multiple client accounts. 
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • B2B enterprise sales experience is a plus.
