Field Supervisor/ Ankara Area

Now we’re looking for a “Field Supervisor” to join our Customer Success Team at a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognized by CB Insights.

Here’s What You’ll be Doing:

• Should positively and professionally represent the company and brand at all times, with a style which is relaxed but professional, informal yet commercial

• Educate & motivate all stakeholders On Premise

• Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions; empathize with every aspect of the customer experience, putting customers’ needs first

• Driven toward maximizing effectiveness of their organization in an effort to drive best-in-class customer experience for users

• Actively build and maintain networks with all customers and users 

• Develop a trusted relationship with all stakeholders (such as technical teams, sales reps. etc) at all levels such that all activities are closely aligned with the customer’s business case and business strategy

• Maximize customer satisfaction

Desired Skills and Experiences: 

• 2+ years of experience in related field

• Outstanding local market knowledge, contacts and experience in “the scene”.

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events, operations, and beverage industry

• Strong negotiator and results-focused

• Experience in F&B sector. Well connected to key figures within bars and pubs is a plus

• Identifies builds and uses a wide network of contacts with people at all levels, internally and externally. Achieves a good result through a well-planned approach

• Eager to take a hands-on role in contributing to our firm's profitability

• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen

• Driving licence is a must
