Now we’re looking for a “Production Engineer” to join our Hardware Team as a leading disruptor in the bar tech landscape, as recognized by CB Insights and many more.

Here’s what you will be doing:
General:
Provide technical support and guidance to both production and quality control teams.
Work alongside design engineers to ensure new products are manufacturable and meet quality standards.
Stay updated with industry best practices and technological advancements in manufacturing and quality control.
Production:
Collaborate with production team members to troubleshoot equipment issues, identify production bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
Analyze production data and metrics to identify opportunities for cost reduction and performance enhancement.
Participate in the development and implementation of new production technologies and equipment.
Planning:
Maintain close contact with suppliers to align component deliveries with project timelines.
Identify and engage reliable suppliers, managing these critical relationships effectively.
Quality Control:
Design and administer quality control plans and checks throughout production stages.
Perform inspections and tests on materials and products to uphold quality standards.
Analyze quality data to detect trends and repetitive issues, providing solutions to avoid future problems.
Keep quality control documentation thoroughly and consistently updated.
Desired Skills and Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing Engineer or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a production or quality control engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in creating and reading gd&t technical drawing
Understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and quality control methodologies.
Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Proficient in using quality control and inspection equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in component sourcing
Experience in supplier relationship management
